Burgundy

In ruby-hued satin, she pirouettes alone, Her form a silhouette against the tone Of evening's blush, where shadows softly play, Amidst the burgundy that wraps her frame at bay. With every step, the fabric billows wide, A skirt of old-money elegance inside, Yet her bare skin glistens like polished stone, Ethereal, untainted, utterly her own. Her arms, entwined, create a pose of grace, A Botticelli vision in a modern space, As if the nymphs of ancient lore had come, To dance and twirl, unbound by mortal thumb. Time stands still in this suspended scene, Where art and life entwine, a sanguine dream, Of freedom's fleeting nature and its hold, On hearts that beat within a living mold. She is a vision born of color, light, And the intoxicating thrill of unbridled might, A fleeting moment preserved in embered thought, Of a woman bold, in radiance untaught.

Hinna and Henna, and Friend

Mehndi, also known as henna, is an ancient form of temporary skin decoration that has been practiced for centuries in various cultures across the world. It is created by applying a paste made from the powdered leaves of the henna plant to the skin, which then dries and flakes off, revealing intricate patterns and designs. Recently, Hinna and her friend decided to try out mehndi. They were both excited about the idea of having beautiful designs on their skin, but they approached the experience differently. Hinna was committed to getting the full mehndi experience, while her friend opted for a more subtle approach.

Hinna spent hours carefully applying the henna paste to her legs, carefully following the patterns and designs she had chosen. She was excited to see the final result and eagerly waited for the henna to dry. In contrast, her friend simply wore stockings over her legs, giving the illusion of mehndi without actually applying any henna paste. As the day progressed, Hinna's mehndi began to darken and the intricate patterns became more visible. She felt a sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing that she had taken the time and effort to create such beautiful designs on her skin.

Her friend, on the other hand, received many compliments on her "henna" as well, with people assuming she had also applied the paste. Despite their different approaches, both Hinna and her friend enjoyed the experience of mehndi. It allowed them to express their creativity and add a touch of beauty to their appearance. While Hinna embraced the traditional method, her friend found a more subtle way to incorporate the trend into her style. In the end, it's all about finding what works best for each individual and having fun with it.
